Prime location, very amiable staff, impressive rooms. Clean and stylish hotel in Downtown - Waterfront district. Our room had a very comfy bed and a decent view. Plenty of excellent food, we loved it. The service was all in all fantastic.

There's no better place to stay in Duluth. The hotel is wonderful and clean, with BEAUTIFUL location.

Quiet bed, respectful staff. They upgraded me to a warm room with an awesome view. Great stay in this modern area. Basic facilities and the pool was covered.
